Karina started her career in IT as a sales manager in 2013. A few years later, she applied her practical knowledge of the sales process design in the new job role of Business Analyst and Salesforce Consultant at ScienceSoft.
As a certified business analyst, Karina contributed to ScienceSoft’s Salesforce projects by gathering requirements, creating functional specifications, user guides and manuals, and performing UI prototyping. As a Salesforce consultant, Karina designed sales-related processes and helped ScienceSoft’s customers raise their revenue with Sales Cloud. Karina contributed to a number of successful Salesforce projects, including Sales Cloud customization for an IT product company.
Besides helping customers optimize their Salesforce solutions, build effective sales processes, and increase revenue, Karina actively raised awareness of Salesforce CRM and its capabilities in her articles published on ScienceSoft’s blog. Among the submitted pieces are the guides on Salesforce contact, account and lead management.
The goal of a skilled Sales Cloud consultant is to draw out the needs that are not yet known, listen carefully to hear what isn't said and ask the right questions.
